


Pasture Raised Pork (HALF PIG-DEPOSIT)
AVAILABLE FALL OF 2025
Our pigs are pasture-raised, free to roam, root, and soak up the sunshine. They’re supplemented with locally grown, non-GMO feed from a small regenerative farm that mills their own grains—free of herbicides, pesticides, and glyphosate. We raise our pork without any hormones or antibiotics, focusing on natural practices that produce healthy animals and delicious, nutrient-dense meat.
We sell our pork by the half or whole a perfect option for stocking your freezer with premium meat at a great value. Imagine not having to run to the grocery store because you are stocked up on everything you need!
What You Get with a Half a Hog
Every half hog order includes a wide variety of cuts to fill your freezer with delicious, pasture-raised pork. The final amount may vary depending on the size of the pig, but here's a general idea of what you can expect from a half a hog (yielding approximately 50-75 lbs of meat):
Pork Chops – ~15–20 chops (typically 1" thick)
Bacon (Side Pork) – ~10 lbs
Hams – 1 whole ham (~15–20 lbs each),
Shoulder Roasts – ~4–6 roasts from the shoulder
Ribs –1 full rack
Sausage / Ground Pork – ~10–15 lbs
Tenderloin – 1 small pork tenderloin
Note: You can customize how your pork is cut—just let us know and will talk to the butcher!
Cured bacon, smoked hams, or flavoured sausages will cost extra.
Pricing
Half Hog – $7.50/lb (based on hanging weight)
Approx. 90–110 lbs hanging weight = $675–$825 total
Yields about 50–75 lbs of take-home meat
You will need around 2 cubic feet of freezer space
Butcher fees are already included in our pricing. [Specialty items are an additional cost]
Final Payment & Pickup
Your final balance is based on actual hanging weight and is due before delivery.
