Our small package includes a variety of cuts including specialty cured meats
1 package of pork chops
1 roast
1 lb side pork
1lb Bacon (Regular, Maple or Black Pepper)
1 lb breakfast sausage (either Maple Breakfast, Italian, or Farmers sausage)
1 Garlic Kubasa
Approx. 10 lbs of meat.
Most of our cured meats are free of nitrates and preservatives, that being said once you take your bacon out of the freezer its important that you eat it within 3 days.
